We just received an email from the Minnesota DNR that states our anglers WILL NOT be allowed to trailer between the Bemidji & Cass Lake chains because there is a new aquatic invasive species called a starry stonewort. They do not want us to spread the invasive species between the lakes. Also, Little Rice and Big Rice Lakes, north of Kitchi Lake are off limit as the DNR says they are not infested at this time.

Ruttger’s will have the restaurant and bar opened and staffed before, during and after all of the meetings. So if you get off the water and want to make the meetings, they will be ready and serving all your needs.

PLEASE, do not trailer your boat to Ruttger’s for the meetings and updates if you do not have to, especially for the Thursday registration and rules meeting. We believe there will be enough room and ok for the awards on Saturday but it will be crowded for the Thursday and Friday meetings.
